Kavarna

Town of Kavarna is located just 60km north from Varna, the sea and tourist capital of Bulgaria and the 2nd biggest city/ It’s a 45 minute drive from Varna International airport and just a short drive away from 2 of the most famous Bulgarian resorts Albena and Golden Sands, where a wide range of shops, bars, restaurants, casinos, water sports and outdoor activities can be found. At the same time Kavarna is small, quiet, unspoiled place with fresh air and blue flagged white sand beach. Kavarna is the first golfing area on the Black sea Coast; there are going to be three golf courses not far away from our developments – 4-7 km., designed by two famous golf players – Gary Player and Ian Woosnam; a new luxury yacht port is going to be built as a collaborative project between an Irish company and the municipality of Kavarna; Kavarna is also part of the Monsters of rock chain, with world famous rock artists like Billy Idol, The Scorpions, Deep Purple, etc., visiting and performing in Kavarna all summer. In short, Kavarna as an area is one of the most interesting places to invest at this time. To illustrate, statistics show that Kavarna has a capital appreciation rate of 28% for last year, as opposed to 24% or even 20% in other places in Bulgaria. Now that Bulgaria joined the EU on January 1st, it is expected to be even higher.

It will have 92 fully furnished apartments 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments, 2 swimming pools, a sauna, a bar and a restaurant, underground parking spaces and 24 hour security. Kavarna Hills is more of an exclusive complex, with large, spacious apartments, most with floor to ceiling windows that open up with magnificent views to the sea. Prices in Kavarna Hills start from 66000 euros. The construction works started on 30th of November 2005 - the rough construction is done and we have started completion works on blocks
1 and 2. Completion – December 2007.

Kavarna Gardens is 70 m. away from the beach and features consist of 224 fully furnished apartments, one and two bedrooms, all with beautiful views over the Black Sea, the striking landscape or the beautifully manicured gardens and common areas and 8 swimming pools. All apartments are equipped to meet the highest EU standards, with double glazing, security locks, and fully fitted with kitchen appliances. The entire complex is fenced with 24-hour on-site security. Kavarna Gardens as a complex will have 8 swimming pools, a bar and restaurant, sauna and gym, a sports area with tennis courts, a football field. A new marina will be built right in front of the complex. The apartments will be fully furnished. The construction of the blocks has just started. Completion time is mid 2009 Prices start from about 55 000 euros (VAT not included) for a 1 bedroom apartment.

Deposit for Kavarna is 2400 Euros. The payment scheme for both Kavarna Gardens and Kavarna Hills is 30%-70%, 30% when the contract is signed and the other 70% on completion. Both complexes come with rental guarantee for the first two years, for Kavarna Hills it is 6% and for Kavarna Gardens – 5% on selected units. Two of our properties are located in the town of Kavarna
